Job Overview Join our dynamic cleaning team as a Cleaning Crew Member and be the driving force behind creating a spotless, welcoming environment! In this energetic role, you'll take charge of maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, ensuring spaces are safe, tidy, and inviting for everyone. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will help us uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, making a positive impact on our community every day. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate tools and cleaning agents Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing Dispose of trash and recyclables responsibly, adhering to waste management protocols Follow safety procedures to ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks to the supervisor promptly Ensure all assigned areas meet cleanliness standards within designated timeframes Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management Qualifications Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently Good communication skills for team collaboration and reporting issues Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is a plus but not required; training will be provided Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Join us in creating pristine environments that inspire confidence and comfort!
