Role:

Join Office Pride of Northeastern Indiana as a Commercial Cleaning Technician! You'll play a vital role in maintaining clean and welcoming environments for our clients in Fort Wayne, IN. This position is perfect for those who take pride in their work and enjoy making a difference in the community.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing. Ensure all areas are cleaned to company standards and client specifications. Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients and team members. Follow cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Adhere to all safety and health regulations while performing cleaning duties. Assist in special cleaning projects as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
