What Winning Looks Like In This Role You greet every guest with genuine energy You assign lanes quickly and accurately You clearly explain scoring systems and lane features You handle shoe rentals efficiently and keep sizes organized You keep shoes clean and the area dialed in You process lane rentals, shoe rentals, and packages accurately in the POS You answer questions about promotions and specials without hesitation You communicate lane issues immediately and follow through until resolved You keep the counter and surrounding area clean and organized You jump in to support teammates without being asked If the line builds, you move faster. If a guest looks confused, you step in. If a lane goes down, you communicate immediately. You stay one step ahead.
