Job Description
Cleaner / Front Desk Associate Acorn Oaks RV Park Join our team at Acorn Oaks RV Park! We're looking for a dependable, hardworking person who enjoys helping people and takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and welcoming. This position combines campground cleaning duties with front desk/customer service responsibilities. At Acorn Oaks, we work hard to create a relaxing, family-friendly campground experience for our guests. We're looking for someone who can work independently, stay positive, and help keep our park looking its best. Responsibilities Clean and maintain campground facilities including bathhouses, laundry areas, office/store areas, and RV rentals Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, trash removal, and restocking supplies Assist with laundry and preparing RV rentals for arriving guests Greet campers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer phones, assist with reservations/check-ins, and help guests with questions or campground needs Help maintain a clean and welcoming campground environment throughout the property Report maintenance or repair issues to management Occasionally assist during weekends, holidays, or busy campground events Qualifications Reliable and able to work without immediate supervision Friendly attitude with good customer service and communication skills Cleaning or custodial experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Able to stay active throughout the shift, including standing, walking, lifting, and cleaning tasks Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Pay & Schedule $10-$12 per hour based on experience Part-time position Occasional weekend work required If you enjoy a laid-back campground atmosphere and being part of a small team that values hard work and friendliness, we'd love to hear from you!
