We manage facility maintenance for offices, medical centers, schools, and industrial properties that require ongoing daytime support to maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout business hours. This is a recurring, daytime service opportunity ideal for contractors who value consistent schedules, stable income, and long-term client relationships. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING

: + Valid Business License (if necessary for the service type) + Worker's Compensation Insurance + General Liability Insurance + Federal EIN # + Other verifiable business + 18 years of age minimum + Favorable background investigation results + You can not be a sole proprietor The selected contractor will provide day porter services during active business hours, including: + Maintaining cleanliness of high-traffic areas (lobbies, entrances, hallways) + Restroom checks, cleaning, and restocking throughout the day + Trash removal and liner replacement + Light cleaning and touchpoint disinfection + Spill response and basic safety upkeep + Monitoring facility conditions and reporting issues + Supporting client requests in real time (within scope) This role requires: + Continuous presence on-site during scheduled hours + Professional appearance and demeanor + Awareness of surroundings and proactive service You will be expected to: ??
