We're currently seeking a hospitality-focused Custodian to join our team. In this full-time role, you'll play a key part in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform floor care services throughout the community, including carpet and hard floor maintenance (floor care experience required). Collect and dispose of large trash items in accordance with safety procedures. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained in safe, working condition. Complete additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical labor, including lifting and standing/walking for extended periods. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English. Able to pass a background screening, physical, drug screening, and TB skin test upon hire.
