This role involves performing a variety of janitorial and custodial tasks to ensure a welcoming environment for our members. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in commercial or residential cleaning. Prior experience in facilities maintenance, floor care, or industrial cleaning is highly valued. We seek motivated individuals committed to high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across various areas of the facility Support facilities maintenance activities including minor repairs and upkeep to ensure safety and functionality Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring proper use and storage Follow health and safety protocols to create a safe environment for staff and visitors Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently Qualifications Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred; experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is a plus Experience with facilities maintenance or porter duties is advantageous Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness Reliable work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Basic understanding of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment Join our team to contribute to a clean, safe, and inviting environment for all of our members!
