I need a person who is a leader and does not need constant supervision. You would be the head person of the operations Duties Operate commercial-grade pressure washing equipment to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, machinery, and other surfaces with precision and care Assess work sites to determine the appropriate pressure settings, nozzles, and cleaning agents needed for optimal results Prepare surfaces by removing debris, dirt, grease, mold or old paint before pressure washing begins Perform routine maintenance on pressure washers to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with environmental regulations Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate schedules and clarify project requirements Document completed work and report any equipment issues or site hazards promptly Skills Proven experience operating pressure washing equipment in commercial or industrial settings Strong understanding of different cleaning techniques and the appropriate use of chemicals when necessary Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety procedures at all times Ability to assess surfaces quickly and adjust pressure settings accordingly for effective cleaning without damage Physical stamina to stand, lift heavy equipment, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact professionally with clients Certifications related to OSHA safety standards or environmental handling are a plus Embark on a career that combines physical activity with technical expertise!
