We understand how "Good Business" starts with "Good People" and we want you to join our team. You'll work with a team that helps keep a premier distribution HUB clean in Louisville. This position includes cleaning offices, restrooms, common areas and cafeterias, dust mopping, sweeping and trash removal. Schedules are Monday-Friday, second shift. Both full time and part time available. Below are the duties you'll be responsible for: Cleaning Complete assigned route to a high standard Complete approved customer requests Clean something if it's dirty "Rag in Hand!" Teamwork Filling in for others due to circumstance Identify cleaning needs and problems Help others complete cleaning tasks Representing Positive demeanor Uniform/appearance Professionalism Communicating Communicate safety needs to lead/supervisor daily Communicate cleaning needs to lead/supervisor daily Communicate supply equipment needs to lead/supervisor daily Communicate personal needs to lead/supervisor daily Communicate customer requests to lead/supervisor daily Being Safe Follow FMS safety policies and procedures Securing areas as required Communicating suspicious behaviors and unsafe conditions Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs Must be able to carry up to 20 lbs Must be able to walk/stand for long periods of time FMS uniform is required
