$23.00/hour

Shift Position Type:
Temp-to-Hire Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred Join Our Team! We are seeking a dependable and motivated Janitorial Team Lead to oversee and support janitorial operations on 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise janitorial staff during assigned shift. Assign daily tasks and ensure completion of cleaning schedules. Inspect work areas to maintain cleanliness and quality standards. Train and support team members on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with management regarding staffing, performance, and facility needs.
Qualifications:
Previous janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience required. Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Ability to work independently and lead a team. Strong attendance and reliability. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Apply Today!
