The Industrial Custodian is responsible for cleaning buildings, sanitizing, removing debris and keeping areas neat and clean. Essential Functions Sanitize common areas using disinfectant. Vacuum, sweep and mop floors. Clean windows and mirrors. Clean and supply restrooms. Collect and dispose of trash. Keep inventory of cleaning supplies. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements Highschool diploma or GED. Ability to lift 25 lbs. Ability to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies. Ability to work in a team and embrace a team culture. Motivated and self-driven to complete tasks. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team. Excellent problem-solving skills.
