Banquet Hall Cleaner (Evenings/Overnights) Villa Cesare Banquets & Events - Schererville, IN Part-Time | Evenings & Overnights | Weekends Required Position Summary Villa Cesare Banquets & Events is seeking a reliable, hardworking Banquet Hall Cleaner to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring our banquet facility is cleaned, organized, and event-ready following weddings, social events, corporate functions, and other special occasions. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work independently during evening and overnight hours. This shift will typically start at 10pm. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize banquet rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility Remove trash and replace liners Clean tables, chairs, windows, mirrors, and other surfaces Restock restroom supplies and cleaning materials Follow all safety and cleaning procedures Report maintenance or facility issues to management Qualifications Previous cleaning or janitorial experience required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods Must be available evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed What We Offer Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunity for additional hours during peak event seasons Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: ✔ Takes pride in maintaining a clean facility ✔ Is dependable and punctual ✔ Works efficiently and independently ✔ Can handle a fast-paced event environment ✔ Helps ensure every event space looks its best for our guests
