Part Time Cleaning Technician

Part-time Cleaning Technicians for evenings, Monday-Friday after 6:00pm You must have your own reliable transportation, as you will commute between buildings. A cell phone is also required for a timeclock app. You MUST be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Vacuum and clean carpets, rugs, and upholstery
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients
