Janitorial Worker

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in facility ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and break areas, ensuring supplies are stocked and facilities are sanitary. Support commercial cleaning efforts by ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards. Serve as a porter by transporting materials or supplies as required throughout the facility. Participate in facilities maintenance tasks to uphold the integrity of the building structure and equipment. Skills Strong knowledge of custodial practices and procedures. Ability to perform industrial cleaning duties effectively while following safety guidelines. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Good communication skills for interacting with team members and facility occupants.
