Job Description

Join Club Clean as a Trainer! We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Trainer who is passionate about developing people, coaching new team members, and ensuring every cleaner is fully prepared to deliver exceptional service before working independently. About the Role As a Trainer, you are the first face new hires see and the last person they rely on before flying solo. Your mission is to transform raw potential into professional excellence by providing practical training, coaching, testing, and ongoing support. You will work directly with new hires during their onboarding journey, ensuring they become confident, competent, and Club Clean Certified before being assigned to independent client sites. Key ResponsibilitiesNew Hire Training & Onboarding Train new cleaners during their first 3+ cleaning assignments. Provide hands-on, side-by-side coaching and mentorship. Teach the Club Clean cleaning methodology: Top-to-Bottom Back-to-Front Dry-to-Wet Issue uniforms and train staff on company technology, including apps, alarms, and lockbox procedures. Ensure trainees understand company standards and client expectations. Certification & Quality Assurance Conduct graded audits of trainee performance. Administer final certification assessments and quizzes. Verify that new hires are fully prepared before working independently. Monitor training outcomes and maintain high performance standards. Retraining & Performance Improvement Work with existing cleaners who require additional coaching. Identify whether performance issues are related to skills or attitude. Deliver targeted retraining programs to improve performance. Report ongoing performance concerns when necessary. What Success Looks Like New hires achieve a 90% or higher score on their Final Certification Quiz. Newly certified cleaners successfully pass three consecutive audits within their first two weeks. Team members feel confident, capable, and prepared to represent Club Clean independently. What We're Looking For Previous experience in training, coaching, mentoring, team leadership, or cleaning supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to teach, motivate, and develop others. Excellent attention to detail and quality standards. Comfortable using mobile apps and technology. Reliable, organized, and results-driven.
