I manage several Airbnbs across Kansas, Oklahoma and Missouri. You can view the listings I am hiring for here: https://www.airbnb.com/users/6064723/listings I am looking for someone to clean between checkouts during the week and/or weekends between 11a - 3p.

The basic duties include:

Changing beds, washing & drying all linens and towels Wiping down sink, toilet and tub in all bathrooms Emptying trash Wiping down sink, counters and table in kitchen Washing, drying, & putting away any dishes (guest should be doing this but there might be some on occasion) Sweep / Vacuum the floors Mop as needed Generally keep common areas clean & tidy

ALL CLEANING SUPPLIES PROVIDED

All tasks generally take around 2 - 3 hours to complete. The pay ranges from $30 to $100 per checkout depending on the size of the property, and is paid via direct deposit within 7-10 business days. Please note due to the nature of Airbnb short term rentals there may be several checkouts in a week, or none at all. But on average there around 10 - 20 reservations a month ranging from 1 to 5 days.
