Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 40hrs/week 1st
Shift:
5:00 AM-1:30 PM •
OVERTIME REQUIRED
for the first few weekends during busy season!
Pay Rate:
Paid weekly (every Friday) $16.50 /
Hour Job Duties:
The Baler Operator is responsible for collecting, transporting, and processing recyclable materials and waste throughout the warehouse. Work independently or as part of a janitorial/maintenance team Operate ride-on and walk-behind floor scrubbers to clean pit areas, warehouses, and industrial floors (pulling cardboard cages and dumpsters) Properly mix, handle, and dispose of cleaning chemicals according to guidelines Comply with all safety guidelines, including proper PPE usage
Requirements:
Pass background check and drug screening Ability to work in industrial or warehouse environments Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 50lbs independently. Must wear LACOSTA provided uniform and PPE, as well as your own steel-toed shoes/boots while working. Remove all jewelry and accessories.
