LACOSTA is looking for a Baler Operator to join our team in Lenexa, KS!

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 40hrs/week 1st

Shift:

5:00am-1:30PM •

OVERTIME REQUIRED

for the first few weekends during busy season!

Pay Rate:

Paid weekly (every Friday) $16.50/hour

Job Duties:

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of assigned pit areas throughout the shift. Comply with company policies, OSHA standards, and site-specific safety rules Follow safety procedures while operating scrubber equipment in active work areas Work independently or as part of a janitorial/maintenance team Operate ride-on and walk-behind floor scrubbers to clean pit areas, warehouses, and industrial floors Properly mix, handle, and dispose of cleaning chemicals according to guidelines Comply with all safety guidelines, including proper PPE usage

Requirements:

Pass background check and drug screening Ability to work in industrial or warehouse environments Must comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.

Physical requirements:

walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 50lbs independently. Must wear LACOSTA provided uniform and PPE, as well as your own steel-toed shoes/boots while working.
