The Janitor / Floor Care Technician is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in assigned facilities, while also performing specialized floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 40hrs/week
Shift:
2:00 PM-10:30
PM Pay Rate:
Paid weekly (every Friday) $16.50/hr
Job Duties:
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas. Dust, wipe, and disinfect surfaces. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. Perform floor maintenance including stripping, waxing, sealing, and buffing hard floors Operate floor machines such as auto scrubbers, buffers, and burnishers. Clean carpets using extractors or other equipment.
Requirements:
Pass background check and drug screening Must comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
Physical requirements:
walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 50lbs independently. Must wear LACOSTA provided uniform and PPE, as well as your own steel-toed shoes/boots while working. Remove all jewelry and accessories. #KS8100 #Janitor #Custodian #Cleaning
