hiring reliable employees from the Johnson County/Kansas City Metro and surrounding areas for our new Lenexa, KS location. It's like getting paid to work in the fresh air and sunshine! No experience necessary, we'll properly train the right people. You bring the enthusiasm, we'll provide the uniform, equipment and service vehicle! We're seeking out friendly, hard-working, full-time employees with exceptional attention to detail under repetitive working conditions. Candidates must have the ability to climb ladders, follow common sense directions and have a positive, can-do attitude. Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply, however, we do need employees to speak English as the primary language to communicate with clients and fellow employees. A normal day begins around 8:30am to 4 or 5pm. Full time, Tuesday-Saturday, occasional Mondays available. Pay starts at $18-$25/hour. $500 signing bonus after 90 days and raise after 2 weeks for hard workers and quick learners. Potential for tips, commissions and bonuses with PTO after 9 months of employment. Duties Perform thorough window cleaning on residential properties, including exterior and interior surfaces, using professional tools and techniques to achieve streak-free clarity. Conduct detailed custodial tasks such as polishing fixtures, cleaning sills, screens, and frames to ensure every aspect of the windows is spotless. Operate equipment such as ladders and scissor lifts safely to access high or hard-to-reach windows, adhering to all safety protocols. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the job site by performing janitorial and custodial duties as needed. Inspect work areas regularly to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded, making adjustments for optimal results. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service. Complete all necessary documentation accurately, including service reports and safety checklists, ensuring compliance with company policies. Requirements Interest in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a strong attention to detail. Ability to operate equipment such as ladders and scissor lifts safely and confidently; certification is a plus. Physical ability to stand, kneel, lift heavy equipment, and work at heights for extended periods. Strong commitment to safety practices and proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment. Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude toward customer service. Reliable transportation to travel between job sites as needed.
