Succeed Minimum Qualifications:
Drivers license
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to operate a wide variety of commercial janitorial equipment and understand/follow explicit instructions, both oral and written form.
Other Requirements:
Could be called into work in emergency situations including but not limited to inclement weather, flooding caused by weather, accidents or infrastructure failure and recovery from other catastrophic events (tornado, fire, blood, etc.). Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment. All candidates must be 18 years of age.
