This position focuses primarily on:

Residential turnover cleaning Routine residential cleaning After remodeling cleaning We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, quality output is a priority, communicate professionally, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform detailed residential cleaning services Complete apartment turnover and move-out cleans Conduct recurring residential cleaning appointments Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, appliances, windows, and common areas Identify damages or maintenance concerns and report them to management Follow company quality cleaning standards and checklists Maintain a professional appearance and attitude with residents and clients Safely use cleaning supplies and equipment Arrive on time and ready to work each day Qualifications Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience is required. Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation required. Work vehicle provided so must meet driving qualification standards set by our insurance company to be added as a driver on our account.
