We are seeking an energetic Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our professional cleaning team. This role involves providing high-quality carpet and floor care services to residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent work ethic, and experience in service based industries. As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and enhancing the appearance of various flooring surfaces using industry-standard equipment and techniques. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in environmental services and commercial cleaning while contributing to a clean and healthy environment for our clients. Responsibilities Operate carpet cleaning machines, extractors, and other floor care equipment efficiently and safely Perform carpet stain removal, deep cleaning, and deodorizing treatments Follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines during all cleaning procedures Inspect work areas to ensure quality standards are met and communicate any issues to supervisors Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition through proper care and routine maintenance Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously Qualifications Prior experience in janitorial services, custodial work, or environmental services is preferred Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques, floor care, buffing, and commercial cleaning is advantageous Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods Reliable work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and professionalism Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team The Perks Performance Based Pay + Bonuses Full-time schedule (35-50 hours/week) Overtime and rotating weekends Great culture and supportive team On-the-job training Career growth opportunities This position is ideal for individuals passionate about maintaining clean environments and delivering exceptional service.
