Transportation / Porter United Hail Pros Olathe, KS Job Details Full-time From $18 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Automobile transportation Moving Video shooting Visual inspection for vehicle damage Driver's License Attention to detail Vehicle exterior washing Vehicle drying Mobile devices Full Job Description Transport & Shop Assistant Job Summary We are looking for a reliable Transport & Shop personnel to handle vehicle drop-offs, returns, and general shop errands. Your main tasks are to make sure cars are properly documented when they arrive, clean and ready when they leave, and safely driven around the shop itself. What You Will Do 1. Vehicle Drop-offs (Intake)
Take Videos & Photos:
Use your phone to record the outside, inside, trunk, under the hood, and show that things like the wipers, backup camera, windows, and dashboard lights work properly.
Fill Out Paperwork:
Complete the check-in sheets and get the necessary customer signatures.
Arrange Rides:
Make sure that customers have transportation after dropping off their vehicle, set up ride on company app if needed. Update the
Team:
Post transportation details in WhatsApp group right away so the office team can start working.
Save Your Files:
Double-check that your videos fully uploaded to the company drive before deleting them from your phone. 2. Vehicle Returns to Customers Get the
Car Ready:
Wash, fuel, and check the tire pressures so the car looks great. Make sure there are no new warning lights on the dashboard. Check for
Damage:
Double-check the car against your original intake video to make sure we didn't miss any pre-existing scratches or dents.
Collect Payments & Signatures:
Get final signatures on the paperwork and collect payments from the customer if needed. 3.
Shop Support & Driving Car Washing:
Wash and dry vehicles. Cars must be completely dry and parked in good lighting so your intake videos come out clear.
Driving & Errands:
Safely drive cars to and from local body shops or vendors when needed, and pick up parts for the shop when needed. Job Requirements A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Good attention to detail (spotting scratches, checking off lists). Comfortable using a smartphone to take steady videos and use WhatsApp. Reliable, on time, and able to work on your feet. Ability to handle physical work like washing cars and lifting car parts. General automotive/car knowledge is a big plus! (Not required, but helps)

From $18.00 per hour
