As a Weekend Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning tasks during weekend shifts to ensure our spaces remain pristine and well-maintained. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help create a positive experience for everyone who visits or works in our facilities. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces during weekend hours Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to maintain a spotless appearance using appropriate floor care techniques such as buffing when necessary Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly to uphold sanitation standards Clean windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure clarity and cleanliness Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and break areas Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing extra attention or maintenance issues that require reporting Use custodial equipment effectively, including floor buffers, scrubbers, and cleaning tools, ensuring safety protocols are followed Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety practices Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, and sealing floors Experience with commercial cleaning environments preferred; residential painting or industrial cleaning experience is a plus Ability to operate custodial equipment safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods Join us in creating a clean and inviting environment!
