We are professional, agile, fast-paced and our goal is to provide our customers with the best service they've ever had. Cleaning windows is no easy task. It requires both physical and technical ability as well as mental acuity. If working at height may bother you even slightly, this is probably not the job for you. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train anyone willing to learn. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of windows in residential and commercial settings, ensuring a streak-free finish. Utilize aerial lifts, ladders, ropes, and other equipment safely to access high-rise buildings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning supplies and equipment. Follow safety protocols to ensure personal and public safety during cleaning operations. Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete cleaning tasks and meet client expectations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Qualifications Proven experience in window cleaning and general cleaning practices Strong janitorial and custodial background Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards and techniques Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
