Job Description
May 29, 2026 CKMHC is growing and looking for a Maintenance and Custodial Specialist to join our team. This position will consist of general cleaning of the common areas, painting, changing filters, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing restrooms and breakrooms, and responding to maintenance helpdesk tickets. Secondary tasks could include grounds maintenance such as trimming hedges and trees, weeding landscape areas, cleaning snow from walkways, and spreading ice melt. Our campus currently consists of 3 buildings that are cleaned daily Monday-Friday. We are looking for someone who can interact respectfully with people of various backgrounds, great attendance and punctuality, ability to work independently, safely use/operate maintenance tools and machines, and have a high school degree or equivalent. The current schedule is 6a-3p Monday-Friday, subject to change based on CKMHC needs. This is a full time position and benefits can be found on the 'Careers' page.
