Dusting all furniture, ledges, cabinets, and horizontal surfaces Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors Emptying waste receptacles, & removing and disposing of all trash Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms Other job duties may be required on an as-needed basis

Ability to work with a minimum of supervision Possess communication and team building skills Ability to effectively supervise others Understanding of custodial duties Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety precautions, hazardous materials and proper ways to perform the assigned duty Ability to perform work independently according to the prescribed standards and procedures Ability to work in varied weather conditions
