Custodial Sub, Trainer, Quality Auditor (Daytime)Custodial Sub, Trainer, Quality Auditor (Daytime) About the Role We are seeking a dependable and flexible team member to join our facilities crew. This position provides coverage and support across multiple buildings , ensuring that our facilities remain safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times. This position will step in to cover staff absences, assist with special projects, and adapt to the needs of various locations. Key Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces. Clean and restock restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas. Empty trash and recycling receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas. Operate basic custodial equipment such as floor buffers, carpet extractors, and vacuums. Monitor supply levels and report shortages to supervisors. Respond to custodial requests and urgent cleaning needs promptly. Travel between assigned sites and adjust to different work environments and schedules. Follow safety procedures and report hazards or maintenance issues. Communicate findings to leadership Communicate with customers Qualifications Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
