Duties Clean residential windows using professional techniques, ensuring streak-free and spotless results Safely operate equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, ladders, and scissor lifts to reach high or hard-to-access windows Prepare work areas by setting up equipment and protecting surrounding surfaces from water or cleaning solutions Conduct thorough inspections of windows before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met Follow safety protocols rigorously, especially when working at heights or with specialized equipment like scissor lifts Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any repairs or replacements needed Communicate professionally with homeowners to understand specific cleaning requests and provide excellent customer service Experience Previous janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with cleaning procedures and safety practices Hands-on experience with commercial cleaning tools and techniques is a plus height-access equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role Join us in creating sparkling homes through dedicated window cleaning!
