Commercial Cleaner First Choice Commercial Cleaning Services LLC Alexandria, KY 41001 $450 a week - Contract $450 a week - Contract Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to clean car dealership. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the dealership. Candidates must have cleaning experience and reliable transportation. Five-day work week. Tuesday through Saturday. Evenings. Willing/able to operate a riding floor scrubber. This is a contract work - a 1099 will be issued. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal etc. Maintain high standards of cleanliness by sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly Follow established safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment Qualifications Proven experience in janitorial or custodial services within a commercial setting is preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and independently. Ability to complete provided task list nightly.
