a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;}tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5;} The Mixer Cleaner is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining industrial mixing equipment and associated production areas to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality, preventing cross-contamination, and supporting production schedules within a chemical manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize mixing tanks, vessels, agitators, and related equipment according to established procedures Disassemble and reassemble mixing equipment as required for thorough cleaning Remove chemical residues, debris, and buildup using appropriate tools and cleaning agents Follow all safety protocols when handling chemicals, cleaning solutions, and equipment Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards Maintain cleanliness of production floors, work areas, and surrounding equipment Dispose of chemical waste and cleaning materials in accordance with environmental regulations Inspect equipment for damage or wear and report maintenance needs to supervisors Assist production team with equipment setup and changeovers when needed Maintain accurate cleaning logs and documentation a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;}tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5;}
