Job Description
This full time position is ideal for someone looking to work flexible hours while contributing to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The janitorial role involves maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities and supporting general upkeep tasks. Essential FunctionsClean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areasSweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces in assigned City Building. The assigned City buildings shall include: City Hall, IT Building, Public Safety Building, Parks Admin Building, Golf Pro Shop, and the City Museum.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Empty recycle receptacles. Deposit both waste streams in the appropriate containers for collection.
Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Clean windows, mirrors, glass doors, and other vertical surfaces. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Coordinate with other custodial staff (full and part time) to ensure all assigned buildings are appropriately serviced.
Perform other related cleaning duties as assigned
Work is thorough, timely, and reflects follow-through to completion;
