Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
This part time position is ideal for someone looking to work flexible hours while contributing to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The janitorial role involves maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities and supporting general upkeep tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper Clean windows, mirrors, and glass doors Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management Perform other related cleaning duties as assigned

Capable of understanding and following verbal or written instructions and reporting issues clearly.

Able to address unexpected cleaning challenges and find practical solutions.

Skillful at organizing tasks and managing workload to complete responsibilities within set hours.

Understands basic safety principles and follows protocols to maintain a safe environment.
Adaptability:
Willingness to adjust to changing tasks, priorities, and work conditions as needed.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must possess and maintain a Commonwealth of Kentucky Driver's License.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Two (2) years of janitorial experience preferred
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School or equivalent.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions; work includes sitting, standing, stooping, walking, using ladders and stairs, and lifting objects of more than 30 pounds.
