The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, takes pride in their work, and can work independently while maintaining high cleaning standards.
Responsibilities include:
Cleaning and maintaining residential homes Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Performing deep cleaning tasks when needed Following company cleaning checklists and quality standards Communicating professionally with clients and team members Maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent service
Requirements:
Reliable transportation Must be dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks Comfortable working independently Must be able to pass a background check Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required (training provided)
