Position Summary:

The Custodian Supervisor cleans and maintains assigned areas to meet customer and client satisfaction. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by requirements and business needs.

Essential Functions:

Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including complying with OSHA, state/local, federal, and company regulations Maintains a clean and orderly environment Properly cleans and maintains multiple areas as assigned Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel Frequently removes dusts and debris from high and low surfaces Completes any daily paperwork required Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager Cleaning the restrooms a Kitchenette and office areas. Sweeping, mopping and dusting Industrial Cleaning to include high dusting, and cleaning outside decks

Qualifications:

Previous custodial experience preferred but not required The ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds and the ability to climb stairs as needed are required. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen Must be at least 18 years old.
