Morganfield, KY Rate of Pay:

$12.00/hour

Position Description:

Under limited supervision, Custodians are responsible for cleaning and maintaining public and private facility areas, premises of office buildings, restrooms, hallways, and all assigned areas.

Examples of Work:

Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.) Washes windows and mirrors. Takes out the trash and recycling. Wipes down and sanitizes surfaces. Follows health/safety rules and precautions. Adheres to company policies and procedures.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and practices; safety precautions related to cleaning equipment Ability to perform above duties which may involve standing, bending, and kneeling for periods of time, climbing stairs. Ability to follow instructions; operate commercial cleaning equipment.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Applicants must be 18 years old and will also be required to pass a background check and submit to a drug and alcohol screening.
