Schedule:

Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm

Saturday:

8:00 am to 4:30

PM Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Lead Commercial Cleaner / Day Porter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment while assisting with leadership responsibilities on-site.

Responsibilities Include:

Collecting trash and removing clutter from common areas Cleaning entryways, hallways, offices, and restrooms Sanitizing tables, desks, countertops, and high-touch surfaces Vacuuming carpeted areas Mopping hard floors and restroom areas Emptying trash receptacles Monitoring and restocking janitorial supplies Assisting with site organization and team support as needed

Qualifications:

Reliable transportation required Strong work ethic and dependability Janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Pay & Advancement Opportunities:

Starting pay: $20 per hour Higher pay available for experience with floor stripping/waxing or carpet cleaning Additional pay incentives for bilingual candidates
