Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces. Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation to ensure hygiene standards are met Maintain high standards of cleanliness by using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment effectively. Provide friendly customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process. Follow safety protocols and proper janitorial procedures to promote a safe working environment. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred. Experience in hotel housekeeping management or hospitality services is advantageous. Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation practices is desirable. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude. Familiarity with laundry processes and household cleaning supplies. Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles demonstrates reliability and attention to detail.
