Conduct custodial duties like restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting to promote health and safety. Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report needs for restocking or repairs promptly. Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently and thoroughly. Skills Proven experience in cleaning services or janitorial work within commercial or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of custodial procedures, floor care techniques, and industrial cleaning methods. Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as buffers, extractors, and floor scrubbers confidently, or the ability to be trained. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on hygiene standards and safety protocols. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts.
