Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors within our facility. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for both staff and visitors.Duties:
- Perform commercial cleaning duties to ensure floors are clean and well-maintained
- Utilize custodial equipment and supplies for floor care, including buffing and carpet cleaning
- Follow established procedures for floor maintenance and adhere to safety protocols
- Work closely with the environmental services team to uphold cleanliness standards
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs related to flooring
Skills:
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning and floor care
- Knowledge of buffing techniques and carpet cleaning methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
