Essential Qualifications:

Keep all kitchen work surfaces clean and sanitized. Sweep and mop floors. Clean and sanitize all food service equipment and surfaces. Wash cookware, utensils, and cutlery. Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen area, including tables, chairs, and serving areas. Prepare and serve resident's meals using proper food handling techniques. Receive and unpack deliveries. Maintaining order in storage areas. Empty trash. Follow all health and safety regulations. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Other duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate:

6 months dietary services / cooking experience preferred Knowledge of quality food prep and food service Strong communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Other Qualifications Reliable and punctual.
