Sparkle and Shine Janitorial Services is looking for dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing janitorial team. We service commercial properties and dealership locations in the Baton Rouge area and are looking for team members who take pride in keeping facilities clean and professional. Job Duties Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors Cleaning restrooms and breakrooms Dusting and sanitizing surfaces Emptying trash and replacing liners Cleaning glass, doors, and common areas Maintaining showroom and office cleanliness Following daily cleaning checklists Requirements Reliable transportation Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently and with a team Ability to lift light cleaning supplies and equipment Janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
