In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our shop operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help maintain high standards of vehicle presentation and shop cleanliness. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop versatile skills in customer service, vehicle care, and shop maintenance while contributing to a positive customer experience. Duties Assist with vehicle movement within the shop, including parking, retrieval, and staging for service or delivery Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of bikes, including washing, polishing, and safety checks as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the shop area by sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and janitorial tasks to uphold a professional environment Assist with light disassembly and reassembly duties. Support the team with basic bike wash services using appropriate equipment and techniques Help with light maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels or tire pressures under supervision Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their vehicle needs promptly Support custodial responsibilities to ensure a safe and organized workspace for all team members Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for specific vehicle detailing techniques Experience in car wash services or detailing is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward clients and team members Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting moderate loads, and working in various weather conditions Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance or tinting processes is a plus but not mandatory Join us to be part of a lively team that values hard work, attention to detail, and excellent service!
