Cleaner - Lowe's StoresPosition Summary The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of Lowe's store facilities to provide a clean and welcoming environment for customers and employees. Work Schedule Employees are required to start their shift at either 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM , depending on the store's schedule and operational needs. Employees must arrive on time and be ready to begin work at their scheduled start time. Duties and Responsibilities Complete Check-In at the beginning of each shift using the company-designated mobile application. Complete Check-Out at the end of each shift using the same application. Upload photos and other required evidence of completed work through the mobile application. Clean and sanitize restrooms, including: Toilets and urinals. Sinks and mirrors. Soap and paper dispensers. Floors and high-touch surfaces. Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness throughout all assigned areas of the store. Operate the floor cleaning machine safely and efficiently to maintain clean and presentable floors. Empty trash receptacles and replace trash bags as needed. Restock restroom supplies and cleaning stations as necessary. Report any damages, maintenance issues, safety concerns, or incidents to the supervisor. Monitor cleaning supply inventory and promptly report any products or materials needed to perform assigned duties. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and cleaning standards at all times. Requirements Punctuality and reliability. Ability to follow instructions and use mobile applications. Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of organization. Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and machinery. Strong commitment to cleanliness, quality, and workplace safety.
