Apartment Housekeeper/Construction Cleaner

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Apartment/Construction Jobsite Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various residential and commercial properties, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential cleaning services that contribute to the comfort and safety of our clients. Experience in janitorial, custodial, hotel housekeeping, or carpet cleaning is preferred, along with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of apartments, homes, offices, construction sites and commercial spaces including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain floor care through proper sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning techniques Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas Manage custodial tasks including trash removal and restocking supplies as needed Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required Requirements Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or custodial services is highly desirable Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and sanitation procedures Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning efficiently Good customer service skills with a professional attitude Ability to handle various cleaning supplies safely and effectively Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Basic skills in laundry handling and general housekeeping management are preferred Nice-to-have skills include cooking experience or familiarity with hospitality standards This position offers an engaging work environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are valued.
