Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of kitchen exhaust systems to ensure compliance with safety standards. Utilize commercial cleaning techniques and equipment to remove grease and debris. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Summary In the role of Kitchen Exhaust Cleaner, you will be essential in maintaining cleanliness and safety in commercial kitchen environments. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your primary responsibilities will include thorough cleaning of kitchen exhaust systems to prevent fire hazards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
