Duties Clean windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces on residential properties using professional tools and techniques Safely operate equipment such as ladders, scaffolding, and scissor lifts to reach high or difficult areas Remove dirt, grime, streaks, and smudges to achieve spotless, streak-free finishes Prepare work sites by setting up protective coverings and securing access points to ensure safety for yourself and homeowners Conduct routine maintenance checks on cleaning tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance Follow safety protocols diligently, especially when working at heights or with specialized machinery Communicate effectively with homeowners to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on window or surface cleaning Familiarity with commercial cleaning products, tools, and techniques for efficient results Ability to operate equipment such as ladders, scaffolding, and scissor lifts safely and confidently Strong attention to detail to ensure every window is thoroughly cleaned without streaks or spots Excellent physical stamina and balance for working outdoors in various weather conditions Good communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members Ability to follow safety procedures rigorously to prevent accidents or injuries Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a visible difference!
