We do house washing, roof cleaning, pressure washing, patio work, gutter cleaning, Christmas light installation, and more. We run tight crews, use professional equipment, and take quality seriously. Performance Pay We're expanding and are open to candidates at any experience level from helpers looking to learn the trade to experienced technicians ready to lead a crew. What you'll do: Work on daily jobs pressure washing, soft washing, exterior cleaning, and Christmas light installation. Set up and break down equipment. Move hoses, load and unload the truck, keep job sites clean and safe. Experienced candidates will have the opportunity to lead crews. This is physical, outdoor work. You'll be on your feet all day, in varying weather conditions, moving equipment. If that's not for you, this isn't the job.
What we need:
Reliable transportation to Billerica. 7am start — no exceptions. Physically fit, dependable, and coachable. Comfortable working at heights (ladders required). Valid driver's license preferred. Experience is a plus but not required — we train. What we can't train is work ethic and reliability.
What you get:
$20-$30/hr based on experience. Performance incentives once you prove yourself. Year-round work potential with holiday lighting extending the season. Clear path to crew lead for those who earn it.
