Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas, including floors, walls, windows, and fixtures using industrial cleaning equipment. Use ladders safely to reach high areas for painting or cleaning tasks, adhering to all safety protocols. Handle manual tasks such as lifting heavy cleaning supplies or equipment with proper technique to prevent injury. Apply paint or touch-up surfaces as needed, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets company standards. Conduct routine floor buffing and polishing to maintain a professional appearance across all surfaces. Manage outdoor cleaning duties, including debris removal, pressure washing, and maintaining outdoor facilities. Use fire extinguishers correctly in case of emergencies and participate in safety drills regularly. Qualifications Proven experience in industrial or commercial cleaning environments is preferred. Ability to safely operate ladders and other height-access equipment. Knowledge of manual handling techniques for heavy lifting tasks. Familiarity with outdoor work conditions and safety procedures. Experience with floor buffing machines and general cleaning tools is advantageous. Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a positive attitude.
